dianne hanna, Housekeeping Aide, Elderwood assisted living at hamburg
Diane will be a 10-year veteran of Elderwood later this year. As a Housekeeping Aide, she has taken care of the third-floor of Elderwood Assisted Living at Hamburg for many years. Recently, her brief absence from that floor was heard loud and clear from her residents, staff, and families who count on, and missed her. Dianne’s coworkers note her willingness to help wherever needed, delivering food or drinks, answering calls to check in on residents, or picking up shifts for her fellow housekeepers when needed. Dianne does things just for the betterment of our community, and her commitment has not gone unnoticed!

Karol “Robin” has been a pillar of strength, compassion, and flexibility since she joined the staff at Elderwood at Amherst in early 2020. Her coworkers often take notice of the great care she provides to her rehab patients, many of whom are distressed. She takes extra time with patients to make sure they are heard and cared for.
